Hello,

I am planning to pursue MBA in HRM from the United States and I'm also willing to work in the US. I however had the following doubts:

1. Is the scope of MBA in HRM good in the US w.r.t getting a job?
2. Pursuing MBA in HR from the US would cost a fortune and for obvious reasons, one would need to take a loan. Are HR jobs well paid to the extent of easily paying off the loan with interest?
3. What is the average salary of a fresher HR in the US?

Please help and all information would be appreciated very much.

If you are looking for the biggest return in HR, I would suggest looking at HRM consulting. Working for Deloitte in their HR practice for example. Your starting salary would be in the 6 figures with lots of upside opportunity.
