Scheduling GMAT Post Fri Mar 02, 2012 11:43 am
Hi
I shall be relocating to United States but currently in India .There are couple of concerns I have regarding scheduling my GMAT exam which I shall be taking in April this year.

1) Can I schedule my GMAT exam in India and still provide the country of residence details as USA?

2) If so , will these details have an affect on my application when I apply to business schools? Would they treat me as an International student as I gave my exam in India ?

1. Yes.
2. You will be treated as International anyway, unless you have US citizenship.

Dear Jon Frank
Thanks for the response however I would like to understand when you say US citizenship does that include permanent residents ? or does that mean US citizens only ?
Regards

Nope it means US Citizens. Otherwise you still will be pooled with those from your country (although you WILL have a big advantage)
