Wharton, Columbia, Yale, University of Chicago, and Tepper all have strong finance programs. You have a great GMAT score however you will need to be able to clearly articulate why you are seeking an MBA and what your post MBA career plans are. Mentioning your work at the family business will be useful only if you can show instances of leadership, teamwork, and/or innovation.

Remember, your GMAT is only one component of your application. You also need strong essays, LORs, and interviews. You need to clearly define your goals before you can successfully ask someone for a strong LOR. Best of luck!

Unfortunately, I am not sure how to convert your GPA into a standard GPA. I will see if I can find a conversion formula.

The key areas to highlight really depend upon your work experience. I would suggest creating a list of personal and professional experiences that fall into different categories (ie. leadership, problem solving, innovation, etc.) and then using examples from that list as you create your essays. Your essays should differentiate you and also make the admissions committee feel as if they know you (or at least would like to know you).
