If you were applying to the very top schools, I would suggest your work experience is a little light, not enough in the volunteer aspect to help differentiate you, GMAT score is lower than your peer applicants and you really need to work on developing a sharper goal focus (which is oftentimes a function of being light on work experience). Because the schools you are targeting are not the very top, you might get away with some of this, but if you did decide to wait and apply a year later, pick up more experience, retake your GMAT, gain leadership through volunteer work etc. and really fine tune your goal focus, and apply in round 1, you might be more successful.

Anyway, just a few thoughts. cheers, alex
