Hello Rebecca,

While solving the practice questions from GMAT Prep Software, I noticed that the Summary Report tells the average difficulty of the questions such as 2.33, 1.70, 2.67 etc. Is there any table available which relates the difficulty level of the questions with the total cumulative score ? For instance, any data showing how much average difficult level questions should be right to get 750 or something.

Thank You

Hi, Param. The chart you are referring to in GMATPrep is not giving you the difficulty rating of individual questions that then translates into a specific score. Questions in GMATPrep are designated as "low," "medium," and "high." What you are seeing is the average difficulty level of the questions you completed, not a score rating for individual questions.

There is not a set number of questions at a specific rating level that then automatically translate into a specific score. Your Total score is a cumulative evaluation of how you performed throughout the quantitative and verbal sections, including whether or not you finished. I hope that answers your question.
