Regarding application process Post Thu Nov 10, 2011 1:07 pm
Hi
I have just started my preparation of GMAT. I just got to know that deadline for harvard and Stanford business schools is Jan 10th 2012 for round two of fall 2012 admission. These two are my dream schools. I m actually a doctor ( a dentist specialized in oral pathology) . Can you please guide me what are the chances of getting into these schools for me as I am from a different background. Apart from this can I apply before giving GMAT? As I require some time to get a good score as these colleges require at least 700 +. Can you also intimate me with charges for reviewing application, essays etc. at veritas.
I will be indebted if you can intimate with any further information regarding application process as I m new into this field.
Thanking you in anticipation

Coming from a different or non-traditional background can sometimes be a real advantage. Being from the medical field, I would definitely put you in this category of non-traditional but potentially able to stand out in a positive way. You can check out the Veritas website for various options on consulting. Might be a good idea for you if you are not familiar with the b-school world.
