Recommendations - Explanation?

One quick question:

I have sometimes read that you should explain why you did not choose your current employer if you asked someone else to write your recommendation.

The problem is: Where shall I explain? The B-schools I want to apply to do non provide an optional essay and the other essay questions do not really fit... I don't think there is a possibility to explain it elsewhere.

Do you have an idea?

Hi 7,
Yes, most schools have an optional essay where you can discuss exactly that point. You might want to contact the school directly and ask them where you can address this topic.
