Hi,

My question is regarding retaking some classes from college. During two semesters, at a highly ranked undergrad program, I got very sick and got 3 Cs; one was in Accounting and one was in Financial managment. I finished up the last three semesters after that with 1 B and the rest A's or A-'s. Now, I think I am still able to take those classes even after I have graduated and have them applied to my transcript. My question is - is it worth it to retake those classes? I haven't taken the GMAT yet but plan (I know its hard to plan) on a 700 or above score. My overall GPA after graduation was a 3.57.

Hi Smallz,

Your overall GPA is good and I would have to hear more about your overall profile and what strengths and weaknesses you have to advise whether it would be worth your time to take the classes over.

Another issue to think about is what your overall transcript demonstrates in terms of quantitative ability. Did you take other business classes and do well? What was your major? If you did a business or economics major and took calculus, economics and statistics and did well, you don't necessarily need to worry about those too classes.
