Hello,

I am wondering which expression is regarded as correct by the GMAT:

Identical to / Identical with

Sick from / Sick with




Also: I read that on the GMAT "should" indicates a "moral obligation". Is that always the case or just in sentences such as:
"The court ruled that the victim should be reimbursed" (Note: this sentence is incorrect!)

IMO "Identical to" is correct.

The court ruled that the victim should be reimbursed.

This is subjunctive clause and hence correct one is:
The court ruled that the victim be reimbursed.
