You have a good shot at Tepper,Fisher, Kelly, Rottman and McDonough (Georgetown) I think Ross could be a stretch given your GMAT. However, how you present yourself can make a difference. Focus on your results and not just the activity- for example in being an Active member of the United way did you help them raise any money? If so, more or less than the person in charge before you? You get the idea... These are the kinds of things that can set you apart and we at StratusPrep work on things like this all the time. Hey there,
I'd love to help you out but without more info it's gonna be hard. Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.
Best,
Jon

I would just add 2 things to Donna's advice, what are your goals? (make sure they are clearly thought through) and apply in Round 1 if you can. This will make a difference given I believe you are from India, and an engineer. cheers, alex

Hi sav,

Although your GMAT score is round about the average/ median score of your target schools (with the exception of Ross), what will make the difference to your odds is the depth of your experience (which has been encapsulated well by Jon), mainly professional, and how well you articulate them in your application through essay(s) and recommendation(s).

A test score or a brand name alone isn't sufficient. These are just the starting points.
