Vladelen,

You have a fantastic GMAT and great work experience. Assuming you were a top performer at work (is this true?), you should have a good shot at the top schools. I wouldn't worry too much about your undergrad grades since GMAT makes up for some of that.

A few questions though in order for me to help you more specifically:
- I assume you are at MBB now, correct? You will be promoted after two years as well?
- What school did you go to for undergrad?
- Do you do anything else for extra-curriculars now?
- What do you want to do after business school?

As far as high you can target, it will really depend on some of the other elements of your application, including personal story, accomplishments, struggles, etc. I have worked with applicants who have similar backgrounds (yes, with low GPA) who had success at the very top schools so this certainly could be you if you play your cards right.

Feel free to email me with some of this info [email protected] or if you wish to discuss how I could help with your application.

Good luck!

Well With that GMAT and MBB everything looks good from here. Top 10 schools are your range. Just make beautiful essays.
