Thanks for posting. Here are my thoughts and questions that come to mind in reading what you've shared:
-not sure WHEN you aiming for? i.e. how much time you have ?
-holding each job for 1 year or so could raise some questions.... so if not applying yet and you have more time to stick with this job for longer, that could help. Otherwise just anticipate possible q's on the many jobs over a few years.
-Definitely work hard on that GMAT prep! Can help with determining what tier of school to apply to.
-Think about ways you have shown or developed leadership skills... and if needed, work on that between now and when you apply (can be at work as well as within your community involvement)
