Hello,

I am a Civil Engineer with the following credentials:

2.8 GPA - Two degrees - Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering
North Carolina State University

11 years experience

Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina

Lots of Community Service

Great Essays

Have not taken the GMAT yet - November 26th.

My number one school would be UNC for their Real Estate program. I would love to tie in my project development experience with their financial education. My question is - what GMAT would I need to be competitive?

Thanks so much,

Ben

Ben,

Given your less than desireable GPA and the fact that you have been out of school for a long time, I would really want to see your GMAT come in above UNC's average of 690.

Best,
Linda
