Based on my qualifications, do you think I have a chance at getting accepted into one of the following schools: Harvard, Wharton, MIT, Stanford, or University of Chicago? Also, how much should I budget for an admissions consultant?

Dear azcfa,

You absolutely have a chance at these schools...if you put together your application package showcasing you in the best light. It sounds like you might have some friends/family that could be a great resource for you as you are working on your applications. If you do decide to use an admissions consultant, there pricing and services do vary quite a bit so it would be best to determine what you really feel you need help with before seeking out some assistance. I would say budget anywhere from $2,000 - $5,000; it could be more or less depending on what assistance you want and the number of schools.

Best of luck,
Lisa
