Traning Institute : Employed 10 people. Training more than ~100 students quarterly. Good revenue. Disengaged slowly due to less margins.
Export of niche products to UK : a total failure
Manufacturing Consumer Products : Currently employing 10 people ; Capital Investment : 1 mil ; Revenue: 100k per annum; Profits : 15%;
Struggling with marketing; But sued by 'Google' of the Market indicating that they perceive me as a threat. Litigation settled.
Social Activities : Founded and managing a primary school for kids in a village. 30-40 kids out there.
Target Colleges : LBS, Cambridge Judge, Oxford Said ; Harvard;

For US based schools, you are in one of the most competitive applicant pools (Indian nationality, IT background) however you have strong experience and a competitive GMAT score.
Your challenge for Harvard will be to differentiate yourself from the rest of the applicant pool. Be sure that you can clearly articulate why you want an MBA at this point in your career and what your post-graduation goals are. Finally, Harvard emphasizes leadership so be sure to communicate your ability to lead in a variety of settings (professional, academic, community, etc).

You definitely meet/exceed the average profiles at the other schools however I do not know the trends in the current applicant pools. I would suggest you look at the school profiles to get an idea of how you stack up against the current students.
