Hi Anuj,

Those schools all have mean GMAT scores above a 700 and are pretty difficult to gain entry into. Indian applicants also tend to have some of the highest scores, so while I think you can get in with a 680, if you have a 700 in you, I would recommend you take it again to achieve this score. You obviously have strong work experience and background, but that is somewhat par for the course. If you can get a 700+ on your GMAT, you take it off the table as an issue.

I gave my GMAT thrice, following are my attempt scores-
1st- 470 (Nov 2009)
2nd- 600(Q-42,V-30) (Oct 2011)
3rd- 680(Q-49,V-33) (Dec 2011)

Before my 3rd attempt i was getting 700+ on practice tests.But eventually could not get 700+ in the real one

My Proflie-
UnderGrad- Bachelor Of Engg in Electronics and Telecommunication
GPA-3.2 from University of Pune in India
Work Exp- 3.6 years at Accenture as a SAP Consultant in India which includes 6 months at Singapore in client facing Role.
Received several awards at Accenture as STAR ASE(new joinee),Best Team player etc.Also got promoted twice during my tenure at Accenture.Got rated in the TOP 5% during the performance appraisal cycle.
Recommenders- My previous supervisor and my client at Accenture.

I am looking at top B-schools at US.Not Harvard,Stanford...But a Notch below them like Ross,Kelley,Stern etc.

Can you please tell me about my chances at getting in? Should i Retake my GMAT?
