Please have a look at my profile and comment on my chances of making it to ISB.
1. MBA(Fin & Ops), NIRMA University, Ahmedabad
2. CFA Level 3 Cleared
2. Part of the placement committee, Student Advisory Committee.
3. Pre MBA Experience of 1.5 yrs with HSBC as Fund Accountant.
4. Post MBA experience of 3.5 Years in Corp Fin of a Small Listed IT company(1.5 Yrs) and a Venture Capital( 2 yrs) - supporting start ups on planning, ops, sales, accounts etc( an entrepreneurial role).
5. Simultaneously worked as a CFA Instructor for 1 year.
6. 10th -77%, 12th -63%, Grad - 60.5%
7. GMAT Score - 690

More than anything, you need to justify your need for a second MBA from an Indian b-school.
ISB is an extremely competitive school and while I would not discourage you to apply, you should consider applying to more schools to maximise your chances of admission. And for ISB, if you think you can improve your score by a minimum of 30-40 points, consider deferring your application to R2.
