Can anyone please evaluate my profile.

I have attempted the GMAT thrice:
First attempt:590 Q40, V32, IR 5, AWA 4.5 (Dec 31st/2013)
Second attempt: 590 Q44, V28, IR 3, AWA 5(May 14th/2014)
First attempt: 660 Q48, V32, IR 2 , AWA 6(July 23rd/2014)
Indian Female
Age:24 years
Graduation: BE in IT with a GPA of 4
Work Experience: 2.5 years till date in SAP implementation
Remarkable extracurricular activities:
I work as a long term volunteer at a NGO for animals.
I am also a part of organising various CSR events.
Currently a part of a committee to help out new joiners and counsel them to make transition from campus to corporate.
As a part of this committee, i organize various events for freshers.
Apart from my work, i am actively involved in organizing fun activities such as bay games, birthday bashes and i work for the communications committee in office helping them design and publish various newsletters, mailer templates, presentations.
Please suggest some safe colleges for my profile.
I will not be able to attempt the GMAT again and need to apply with this score ASAP.
Also i have been under immense pressure from my family and have tried my best to make ends meet and get this score.
So pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese help me out:)

You have decent profile so don't get demotivated with your score, I would encourage you to apply for b-schools like Michigan Broad, Texas A&M, SMU Cox, Purdue, University of Georgia - Terry, Smeal, Wakeforest University in US and in UK you can consider applying to City University, Manchester school of Business,if you are targeting India then you can also consider applying to ISB, SP Jain.
