Hi there,

I heard that Powerscore's CR bible is like the best CR book out there. Is it true? I'm in the process of searching for a good book in CR. Thanks

If you have time yes it is a great book. I am studying from it and really helps me a lot. Then again YMMV. Just go to a bookstore and see if it is something you would want to have before purchasing. That is what I did and knew I needed it.

I have the powerscore CR bible..it's a GREAT book. I used to get about 40% of all the CR questions wrong on my practice CATS, but after I went thru this book, my CR % of error was significantly reduced - right now I get about 5-10% of the CR questions wrong on the CAT, and I'm still working on improving it.. good luck.

Do you follow the strategy for using the SYMBOLS while resolving the CR questions?

I have heard great things about it too. I think it is quite similar to the LSAT Logical Reasoning Bible, which came first and was a huge hit. Since the test question format is similar (logical reasoning on LSAT and CR on GMAT), the book was changed some.

This is definitely good to know. How big is the book? Can anyone please post a table of contents?

I think it was a great buy for me, as, The Princeton Review doesn't go in details about CR or any other thing. Powerscore CR Bible has dedicated chapters for each question type with impressive strategy for each one.
