I'm not sure if this is already posted here, but I know some people have been looking for it. Here is a site that has the PowerPREP software:

Beat The GMAT forums don't keep POWER Prep software in resource section because GMAC dont encourage it. They have new software since more that couple of years (ie. GMAT Prep) and it's available for free!

Still, find ways to get what they want Wink
