Typically a detail question will begin with the phrase "according to the passage" or "according to the author," implying that the detail itself is in the passage. The answer will be a paraphrase of a bit of text from the passage.imskpwr wrote:Inferences are NOT explicitly mentioned in the passage.

Specific Detail Correct answer: Paraphrased( inference) OR explicitly mentioned
Inference Correct answer: ONLY Paraphrased( inference)
