Set : {10,10} Median = 10
Not sufficient
2) If the range is 0, all the elements are the same
Set 1: {1,1} Median = 1
Set 2: {2,2} Median = 2
Together: If the elements are all the same, and the average is 10, then every element in the set must equal 10, giving us a median of 10. Sufficient. The answer is C
