10th ed. OG

On page 76 PS problem #12, can someone explain the answer 3T + (4T+1). I don't understand were the 4t+1 comes from? The other text and video don't show how the book arrived at this answer, thanks.

It's probably also a good idea to get a new version: the test is so different now that OG 10 won't prepare you as well as it once did. You WILL be introduced to a lot of the fundamental ideas that recur on the test, but you WON'T see most of the new topics of emphasis, and you'll get so much less value for time.
