Need Help

Hi All,
I have total close to 12 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist (Recruiter), I want to boost my career, So I want to do EMBA from top colleges like IIMs and XLRI , My Question is will it be useful, as I don't have any management experience ,My GMAT score is 730, but I have poor academics my BTECH Percentage is 58% , will I get admission in any IIMs OR XLRI , I am in very confused stage , need your help thanks

Hey Tarakanath

So great GMAT!!! Congratulations!

Usually for an EMBA, you don't have to worry too much about your UG grades. It makes sense because you have sooo many years of goof work behind you, and with your awesome GMAT I don't think the schools will have any doubts about your capabilities.

It can be, but it's a bit different than a regular MBA in that 50% or so of your class will already be sponsored.
