How can the answer be A. ? The AFL was to AALL not that AALL opposed its views!-
I tried re-reading it a lot of times but really couldnt prove my self.
Also there is no explanation too.

Neilsheth2 - The second paragraph states that the AFL subscribed to voluntarist views. It also states that the AFL disagreed with the AALL views. From that you can conclude that the AALL would disagree with the voluntarist viewpoint held by the AFL as the two disagree on the subject of health insurance.
