Computer Hung On Test Day

by Sagar.Pandit775 » Thu May 19, 2016 9:59 pm
Hey,
I gave my test on May 10th and the computer at my centre hung once with an error (starting automatically post that) and the second time hung with the result that supervisor had to restart the computer.

I complained to my local Pearson office and I aws informed that they had initiated a high level inquiry. After about 9 days I get a one paragraph reply that did not acknowledge any of the issues I raised and seemed shockingly standard.

I obviously have to give the exam again as I completely messed up my timing due to the computer going off midway in quant.

What are the chances that the GMAT will actually investigate what went wrong at rest centre or make my first exam score void?

Hello,

We would certainly like to look into this. Please send the details to [email protected], including the test center and your GMAT ID and we can follow up.

Thank you,
