Hey there,
Good to hear from you.
Allright, so the obvious awesome thing in your profile is your GMAT!
Well done dude!
That's a nice pull :).

Your school is pretty good as are your GPAs, although they aren't "top tier" GPA or schools. So Top 10 schools could be challenging, even with that totally awesome GMAT.

Buuut good thing you have plenty of time to see how things can develop. This year would be too early for you, and next year even might be... but let's see.

Now given your 1 year of work experience, and given what happens in first years of working, it's really hard to evlauate you. I mean you haven't yet completed one of the major things the school will judge you on, i.e. your WE.

Obviously getting promoted to manager, and any amazing achievements will help. But also if you move into a large well-known consulting firm, it will help just as much. (Not that you can't get into Top schools from boutique firms either)...

Not to much to write about for Volunteer work/ECs - okay that's no good. Because you NEED a lot to write about! Good thing is you have between 1-3 years to work on that. So I'd suggest getting started. Obviously the more impact you have and the more you are involved, the better it is. I mean if we are talking about sitting on boards and running fundraisers, that's better than tutoring your neighbor English. So for an activity like volunteer work, I'd suggest choosing something that motivates you. Cause you are gonna have to stick with it for a while, so it should actually interest you.

Well... I think that should be a good start!
:)
Best of luck,
Jon
