Exam Prep Pack & Question Pack Keep Getting Deactivated

Hey,

I've purchased the Exam Prep Packs (1&2) and the question pack 2 and they keep getting deactivated! I had numerous issues with GMAT Prep on Mac and so loaded the software on a PC.

All the prep packs loaded fine and I finished answering around 150 questions from the question pack as well. In the middle of an exam my computer went off due to battery issues. When I restarted, the exams pack and the question had got deactivated! When I tried activating again I got the error 'This License...'

I've already had to push my date of the GMAT thanks to issues with GMAT Prep once! This cannot keep happening.

No one answers the helpline and the mails I got from customer care assured me that everything would be fine now that I have loaded the software on PC.

Please help!!
