We can solve this question just by paying attention to an idiom.
The correct form is not only X, but also Y

By this alone, we can eliminate all the options apart from B and C
Now looking at the parallelism,

The from of X should be same as the form of Y
In Option B, not only and but also are both followed by a Verb
Whereas in Option C, not only is followed by a Verb and but also is followed by a infinitive.
These are not parallel

Correct option: B
