Hey killa,
I understand that this post is a little late, but I hope this can resolve the queries of any future students.

A big area of concern in your profile is your CGPA and 10th, 12th performances. Your scores don't show that you are a consistent high-performer when it comes to academics. Having said that, you are still eligible to apply to your target schools, provided you submit a solid overall application.

Your proficiency of having cleared A1 Dele in Spanish is a bonus for your Spanish schools, but again, remember that it is only an introductory level of the language. But at the same time having learnt a language outside your culture shows flexibility on your part which is something appreciated by all the schools you apply to.

Your extracurriculars seem pretty strong. You certainly exhibit leadership capabilities in leading 200 volunteers as part of your NGO work. You showcase your social commitment and responsibility through your work at the NGO. Additionally, you show a variety of interests in sports, debating etc. and you have won in these categories which tells the school that you are serious about your interests. You winning personality contests also helps your cause, since universities look for strong personalities who have the ability to put themselves out there.

Your strength is in your extracurriculars and your weakness is in your academic scores. You can compensate for this by scoring high on the GMAT, to prove you are analytically strong. A score of 650 is not bad for your schools, but a higher score of about 700 would mean you have a fighting chance, especially considering the fact that your academics aren't amazing.

Also, make sure you spend enough time to nail other components of your essay such as essays, interview, LORs, resume etc.
