MBA.com account has been locked

Hello,
My account has been locked after several password attempts through my iPhone.
I called customer service and have sent 4 emails to [email protected] in the last 2 days.
Still I didn't get any response on how to reset my account. This is urgent, could you please help as I want to register for an exam.
