Hello,
I wanted to browse through course curriculum to find out which subjects interest me most and in the process wanted to zero in on a specialisation that I would prefer. However, I got confused since all I found on each school website is a list of compulsory subjects and a list of electives.
In such a case how is it decided whether I shall be an MBA-HR or MBA-Finance or MBA-Marketing ?
How do I know my field of specialisation ?

Most business schools don't really offer a specialization. They tend to offer one MBA degree and then you design it as you wish. You can take classes in marketing, finance, or whatever else you find interesting. So you decide. How do you make that decision? Well, what are you interested in? What experience do you have to date? Where do you think you will be the most successful?
