Hi Dhaval,
Interesting community involvements there! This will definitely add value for your application. You don't mention leadership per se, but I'm assuming that you have some team leadership in your resume.
Now, consulting is a pretty broad goal, and many top business schools can get you there. Your GMAT places you in the "second tier" category, for example anything from #15-30 on the Bloomberg rankings. So if you're using Bloomberg as a tool, start by going down the 15-30 list and look for schools where your GMAT is above the median and consulting is a top industry. This should give you a short-list of, say, 8 schools that would fit your needs. From there, you can cut that list in half by learning more about each school and trying to identify those whose student communities, mission and location resonate most for you on a personal level.

Your final short-list could be 4 - 6 schools, and you will need to know a lot about each of them in order to create effective application materials. So you have some tasks ahead of you, but if you approach this in a systematic, thorough way, you should be able to succeed in your goal.

Good luck!
