710, IR 7 or 760, IR 3?

I don't know how I messed up the IR so badly on my second GMAT attempt, but I am applying to HBS which allows applicants to self-report their GMAT score. Which one should I go with? Thanks for your input!

I'd say 760 with IR 3. If you want to say something in your optional statement, a quick word that you got a 7 previously should suffice. In the end, they will see both on your official report.
