1. Lack of extracurricular activities/non-profit work: My work schedule doesn't allow me to pursue any community work during the 5 weeks I stay on-site. Drilling activity never stops and neither does my work. Its 24x7 in the truest sense. During the 2 weeks off, I used to be pulled to my office to assist the project lead (So much for time away from work!). Even though I was pretty active in my extracurricular activities back at my university, the lack of any time devoted to such activities since my graduation stands out like a sore thumb.
Target Schools:
1. Duke University - Fuqua
2. Yale SOM
3. Michigan Ross
4. McCombs - UT
5. Jones - Rice University
6. Indian School of Business
7. HKUST
Post MBA Goals: Consulting, preferably in the Energy Industry

Hey dude,
Well I think you have good experience in a great industry, with a good head on your shoulders and a clear vision of your future.
Your GPA is very good as is your GMAT, and I don't see any major weaknesses.
I also think you have done an excellent job in choosing your schools. You have hit some top schools, you have hit three of the best schools for energy, and an international school. the only other one that might fit you (as a stretch school, but you might decide to go for it anyhow) is Haas.
And I wouldn't worry too much about your lack of ECs/Volunteer work. I think the combination of your prior experience but the fact of you being on-site explains all we need to know,
Best, of luck, and if you have any other questions, just drop a line: https://bit.ly/mbafcBTG
Best,
JF
