I have my official test this Saturday that I'm retaking for the 7th time and I'm freaking out. Why? Because I just scored a 490 on a GMATprep CAT after scoring a 640 on a MGMAT CAT just last week. Is there anything to do between now and then besides sleep in a church?

Hey Rastis,
Don't let one bad practice test be your undoing. Shake it off.
I suggest some positive visualization along with adopting the proper mindset/attitude for test day. To this end, you may be interested in reading the following articles:

In addition to Brent's helpful tips, I'll make my daily plea for the benefits of mindfulness meditation: https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archi ... on/275564/
I'd do one tonight: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=jon ... 9A10BE1560
Ultimately, your old scores don't matter when you're in that testing facility. All you can do is answer the question on screen and be mindful of your time. Everything else is outside of your control.
Good luck tomorrow!

Hi Rastis,
Glad I was able to chime in before tomorrow, but we recently posted an article on our blog on staying motivated after a low GMAT score. Check it out here, and best of luck! https://bit.ly/1LOCL2w
Best,
