Hi Friends
Looking for advice .
I have 6+ years of work ex. I am looking forward to a specialized program in marketing. Now that i am confused if MSC or MBA whch one to opt for.I have the following concerns.
1. MSc consist of mostly students with less exp.
2. Is MBA in marketing would be as good as a msc in marketing.
Any suggestion or advice would help.

Kiran,
First the easier part. An MBA will be a better fit than an MIS, since you want to focus on a business oriented role.
Taking a step back, in India you'll find folks who get a sales / marketing job without experience. But when you go abroad, such roles are tougher for international students.
So, before you sign up for any degree, think more about your goals and the hurdles that you may come across after graduation.
Good luck!
