Investment Banking to Business School

by mzq1424 » Wed Apr 01, 2015 5:59 am
Hi - My GPA is 3.3 and I worked at a bulge bracket investment bank for three years and now I work at a institutional investor firm. My letters of recommendation will be given by heads of IB department.

What score do I need to get to realistically get into a top 10 program?

Where are you from? Where did you graduate from? With a diploma in what? What do you do? What is your ranking? What volunteer work do you have?

Dude there's waaaaaaaay too much information missing here for me to answer this question.

Hey there,

At the very least, your GMAT will likely have to be at or above the median for most top 10 schools given your low GPA. With the limited information you provided, that's as far as I can take it at this point. If you'd like to get a better sense of your profile, check us out and fill out a free consultation form here, we'd love to chat.

GPA is probably on the mid to low side for most top 10s. I would think you would need to be above 730 GMAT.
