Hey guys, I am very stressed out baout my test. I have been preparing so hard for it, yet for some reason I still don't feel 100% ready. I have gone through the the official guide and the princeton book and the kaplan book. I ma going crazy here. Will I ever feel 100%. Is there anythign I can do to better myself.

i feel the same.. i think what's wrong with us is that we think that we might not do well in our test. I have been studying for 5 months now and I feel that I am ready but on the other hand I feel that I am not ready.. I believe it's always like that. It's all in the mind.
Just don't get flustered during the test. Just think that you are not alone in that kind of feeling. Think that many go through that kind of feeling but many walk out from the test with high scores..

Your anxiety is perfectly normal--but don't let it get the best of you. Have trust in the way you prepared as well as in your intelligence.

Best of luck, and don't worry too much! Remember--the GMAT is just one element of your business school application; it's not THE element.

Hey guys, I did my test yesterday and it did not go well at all. I got a 410. I allowed my fear to take a hold of me in the first half of the test, being rather unstable. My thoughts could not come into play until later on. i AM SO UPSET RIGHT NOW. Any suggestions. I have been studying for over 5 months now too.

In continuation of my last email: I used the official GMAT guide and the princeton Review book. I found it strage however that none of the questions from the official guide did not eve come back, anything similar. Should I have used Kaplan 800 in my prep.

I'm sorry to hear about your GMAT. How much of your performance do you think was due to nerves vs. due to problems with preparation?
Can you provide additional details on how you performed on your practice tests? Also, what score are you aiming for?
Best of luck!
