Hey there good sir!
So thanks for dropping by.
So I like your profile. You work for a big name firm (in non-IT!). But what I like most is you have a LOT of leadership, probably more than 99% of your peers, and that is awesome! Is it good enough for your A-list schools? It's a good question, because t be honest your GMAT is a bit on the low side, esp. for an Indian candidate.
And you MAY want to think about retaking if you believe you can get higher, even if it means waiting another year. I wrote an article about Indians retaking the GMAT, and I think it should help you out: https://bit.ly/B613Mbtg
other than that, I think your "B-list" is a good one, and you can likely have a good shot at those schools if you have a great application and if your goals make sense.
And when you write those essays, focus on THREE things: Leadership, Leadership, and Leadership
Best,
Jon
