Hello Stacy,

I am currently a 4th year student at University of Toronto and the school offers a credit/no credit option for up to 2.0 credits. This option allows students to freely take coursework (up to the 2 credits) and learn new topics without allowing a poor mark in those classes to damage your GPA.

On the transcript, it shows as CR (which means you scored above 50%) or No Credit - it does not list the actual grade.

I have never used this option but I was wondering if this would damage one's chances when applying to a top US Business School for a MBA Program.

Thanks!
