Hi Lakhan,
Thanks for your post. I actually thought I had responded to you, possibly elsewhere/another board?? But I don't see it now, so in any case-- I'm not quite sure what your position was exactly, but in general you have some solid experience including international exposure... keep in mind that schools will assess more deeply into your profile too... examples of leadership; teamwork; people & project management... your activities and passions and commitment. Your rationale for your goals. Your GMAT may be enough, or close, for those schools... but again the schools will assess the entire picture of who you are and what you bring to the table, so your essays and recommendations and potential interviews will have a big impact as well.
With regard to the likely post-MBA jobs and salaries, you can actually review the employment statistics on each school's website to get a good feel for that, and you can view average GMAT scores and other class profile stats with regard to admission on the sites too, as well as on sites like Businessweek.com and US News & World Report rankings.
Good luck with the process!
