I came across this online diploma in HR from Foundation Education and wanted to know if anyone has done this before?
Does this add value to your credentials while applying for jobs?

Hello sophie
Certifications do help a little bit in adding value to your profile. But they will certainly not make up for any severe deficiencies. If the diploma is graded and you achieve top grades in it, it will certainly help. It will be more relevant if you are looking for a job in HR.

I have to disagree. Most online programs are not worth the cost. I help hire people to my firm every year from business schools and can tell you if someone had that on their resume, I would not give them much credit. Additionally, I would question their judgement for spending their money in that way. My advice, check out a MS in HR from a real university.
