Retake: Fourth time???

Hi,
I have taken the GMAT three times and it has been a very disappointing journey for me.
My scores 1. 580
2. 640 (Q43 V35 IR4)
3. 640 (Q47 V30 IR2) {I cancelled the score since IR was low}
For my last attempt I was extremely focused on Quant and was doing well in my mocks. My last mock scores were:
GMATprep1:640
GMATprep2:710
GMATprep3:720
GMATprep4:690
MGMAT1:670

These scores were surely inflated(As i had already exhausted them in my previous attempt)

Should I retake it one more time as my target score is above 680 and since I do need financial aid to support my studies or should i accept it as my best score and move forward with applications.

As for my overall profile it looks something like this:
4.3 yrs of experience as a QA & Testing consultant(SAP) with an MNC.(till April2014)
Started working on family owned apple orchards and apple industry related businesses such as packaging.(No clue,if this is even a legitimate work experience)

Also, I am considering other masters as well such as MIS,MIM. Please suggest some options.

Thanks for your time !!

Three is a pretty good rule-of-thumb cut off but, in your case, you don't have much to lose. With a 640 and the need for aid, go ahead and retake it.

Good luck!
