ISB offers call to some students at a score of even 600 but the profiles of those people have been substantially different e.g.Army Background, Doctors with substantial experience etc. However your profile is not that exceptional when compared with majority of applicants therefore, I see lesser chances of you getting a call. In my opinion your GMAT score should be 680 for expecting a call from ISB.
All the best!!!

Hi Anuj,
Most of the top B-Schools look at your profile in holistic manner. So they don't judge you based on only your GMAT score. If you look at ISB class profile the range of GMAT score is between 600-780 and average GMAT score is 710. So to compensate your low GMAT either you should have very strong academics. So how strong are you in academics?
ISB evaluates applicants based on 3 important parameters - Leadership ability, Diversity, Analytical/academic ability. First two are more qualitative and you can showcase these through your profile and essays. Coming from finance background you definitely have diverse profile. For third parameter I guess you can try retaking GMAT once and target minimum 680+ to make strong case, also you can start working on application simultaneously so that you don't loose much time. Retake the GMAT. Your chances are very low with your present score.
