I am in my pre-final year of Engineering.
I have a CGPA of 7.5 until now. and I have not much extra-curricular activities to mention in my resume.
What are my chances of getting through Stage 1 of ISB's YLP program?
If you can, please guide me about how to make my resume interesting, and what to do so as I get pass through the Stage 1 of YLP's admission process?

In your resume try to hi light the unique experience, skills, differentiating factors, any out of the box approach you adopted.
Put your best foot forward and concentrate on your strengths and create you story around it.
