So the big question is if I can make to 540 in a months time? Please help. Thnaks.

Hi ddlj42,
You haven't provided much information in your post, but if you can answer a few questions, then I'll be happy to advise:
1) How long did you study?
2) How did you score on each of your practice CAT tests (include your Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
3) Did you take the ENTIRE CAT every time (or did you skip the Essay and/or IR sections)?
4) Did you use any GMAT resources besides the books that you listed?
5) When is the latest that you can schedule your next GMAT?
While Test Day was a disappointment, the good news is that Business Schools don't care if you take the GMAT more than once. Also, since the GMAT is a standardized, predictable exam, you CAN train to crush it (or at the very least, score higher). You'll likely have to invest in some new GMAT materials, learn (and practice) some new tactics and continue to work hard, but many people have faced similar challenges and conquered them.

Hello Rich,
Thanks for posting a reply.
1) I was studying for 2 hours a day.
2) My average was about 450, q32 and v20
3) I did take complete tests
4) only the ones I listed
4) a month from today, I have to give it by 25th. I am definitely aiming higher but actually I need a today of 530 only.
Please help.

Hi ddlj42,
I'd like to know more about the individual CATs that you took. Can you list:
1) The Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each CAT.
2) The date that you took each CAT.
3) The brand (GMATPrep, MGMAT, Kaplan, Veritas, etc.)
