Dear Sheetal,
You have had an interesting journey indeed. Here are a few reflections on the profile:
  1. The fact that you've mostly stayed in the F&B space is good. You have not mentioned your post-MBA goals - so not sure why and when you felt the need for it? In general though, non-common experiences, provided they are supported by a strong rationale for the MBA, do grab adcom eyeballs.
  2. Not to raise you expectations, but a relatively low GMAT may not be a deal breaker for you - read here. That said, you would always do well to hedge your risks and apply to a few safer schools too. A higher GMAT obviously helps.
  3. You have to be aware of the age/experience factor. Make sure you take that into consideration as you make your school selection.
In summary, if you are able to string together your experiences, you should have a fair shot at good schools.

Cheers,
