If k#0, 1, or -1, is 1/k>0?

1. 1/(k-1)>0
2. 1/(k+1)>0

1 - If 1/(k-1) > 0, then k > 1 and hence positive. So, 1/k > 0.
Sufficient

2 - If 1/(k+1) > 0, then k > -1. K is not given to be an integer and
can take values -0.5, 0.5, 2 etc. So, 1/k can be positive or negative.
Insufficient.

Hence A
