(16/k, 0)

Area of a triangle is bh/2.

In this case, the height is k, which represents the y-axis figure, and the base is AC.

Since bk/2=8 --> bk=16. To find what the base is, we divide by k. So, b=16/k. This is the length of AC which is also the points for C. B/c C is on the x-axis, we know that y=0, so the answer is (16/k, 0)

first and foremost its askign for C cor dibate so we
know its int he form of (,0) so remove the options with the same


area of triangle =1/2 b * h =8

b*h=16

b*k=16

we know A=0,0

c=(16/k,0)
